William Afong | Founder/President
William is the founder of iHOUSE Web Solutions, the business he developed while operating his own real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses. Under the iHOUSEweb, Inc. umbrella, he has created and managed several business throughout the real estate industry, all of which focus on using technology to enhance the way REALTORS® do business. William was an engineering graduate at the University of California, Berkeley.

Eric Lefler | Founder/Chief Technology Officer
Eric Lefler is the co-founder of iHOUSE Web Solutions and the lead technology architect for all iHOUSEweb, Inc. projects. When the Internet was still an up-and-coming resource, Eric was building web-based research tools for the University of California. In the 1990s, he developed and managed websites for several companies in a variety of different industries, finally joining forces with William in the late 90s to found iHOUSE® real estate websites, which continues to be the flagship product of iHOUSE Web Solutions. Eric was a computer science and engineering graduate from the University of California, Davis.

Paul Sheng | Chief Executive Officer
Paul came on board at iHOUSE Web Solutions in 2005. Prior to joining the team, he was a partner at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting firm, where he co-founded the private equity group. He has worked at McKinsey & Company, in Hong Kong, developing growth strategies for multi-nationals and more. Paul has a BA, MA from Oxford University and received his MBA from Stanford University.
