The iHOUSE Web Solutions Refer-A-Friend program is currently available for iHOUSE® real estate websites, IDXPro® MLS search solution, and ConnecTel® real estate hotlines, and we’ll reward both you and your friend for passing on your story about us.
How Does our Refer-A-Friend Program Work?
For each qualified referral that signs up for either an iHOUSE real estate website or an IDXPro MLS search, you will receive a free Thank You Reward and your friend will receive a sign up bonus. You will receive a $40 account credit and your friend will receive a $40 credit to their new account as well.
For qualified referrals that sign up for a ConnecTel real estate hotline, you and your friend will receive a free Thank You Reward. You will receive a $30 account credit and your friend will receive a $30 credit to their new account as well.

- Login here or from your Admin Menu and click on the Refer-A-Friend button.
- Select the product you are referring: iHOUSE real estate websites, IDXPro MLS search, or ConnecTel real estate hotlines.
- Enter your friend’s contact information.
- The message you write will be sent via email to your friend including the link to sign up for a FREE test drive of your suggested product.
- If your friend signs up as a customer and states that you referred them, you will both receive Thank You Rewards (based on product referred) within 30 days of their purchase.
What are Thank You Rewards?
Every referral that signs up for the service you referred will earn you, the referring customer:
iHOUSE Real Estate Website or IDXPro MLS Search Solution Referrals earn:

ConnecTel Real Estate Hotline Referrals:
- A $30 Credit to Your Account

In addition to your reward, your referred “Friend” will receive a $30 or $40 credit, depending on the product referred, towards their new account. Your award will be processed 30 days after the referral sign up (exception: credits waiting to be applied to an annual billing cycle account).
To earn a Refer-A-Friend Thank You Reward, the referred customer must successfully and completely sign up for the referred service and provide a valid credit card to initiate that service. There is no pre-defined limit to the number of referrals or Thank You Rewards per customer, so refer all your colleagues! Every qualified referral offers the same options for Thank You rewards. Also, note that a referral form must be completed prior to the new referred customer’s sign up for the service for you to receive the Thank You Reward.
