Vanity Number
Vanity numbers are phone numbers which translate to some meaning in English, such as “8xx-BUY-HOME”, or which have a number sequence that’s easy to remember, like 8xx-123-1234.
Alternate Notification Contact
If you are unable to be reached at the phone number you’ve provided for notifications, the caller information can be forwarded to a different contact number or email. You can set both contacts to receive alerts, only the alternate, or only your default contact, on a per listing basis. This may be handy for a pair of agents working as a team.
